The design philosophy was to create a resort hotel and spa, sensitively nestled into the contours of the cliff top, visually and practically reducing the effects on the natural environment of the beautiful costal site. The low rise structures are carefully laid out in the landscape with the hotel, spa and beach club separated into single level, horizontally proportioned buildings, maximizing the elevated view. Hotel accommodation is in the form of villas which are thoughtfully configured to allow for flexibility of the hotel operator and guests. Allowing them to choose size and location that best suits their needs. The construction materials are all locally sourced and the pitched roofs and building details are influences by traditional timber technique.
