Celebrating 25 Years of LW
In 2024 LW marked twenty-five years since the practice was founded in Dubai in 1999 — a quarter-century of hotels, restaurants and bars, from a first studio beside the old Dubai Zoo to four studios in Dubai, Hong Kong, São Paulo and Aarhus.
The anniversary film looks back on that journey and the people who made it. Sleeper marked the year with a long interview with Founder & CEO Jesper Godsk, and identity covered the celebration.

LW has established a worldwide presence in recent years, with a large number of impressive, award-winning projects coming out of our offices in Dubai, Hong Kong, São Paulo and Denmark.

Established in 1999, the multi-discipline team boasts an impressive client list and a portfolio of 100’s of hotels and over 300 restaurants/bars. Under the passionate leadership of Founder & CEO Jesper Godsk and Founding partner Colin Doyle, LW now employs over 100 staff worldwide.
